WOODROW WILSON HOUSE
This museum, classified as National Historic Landmark, was the last residence of Woodrow Wilson, the 28 th President of the United States. The house was built in 1915 and Wilson acquired it in 1921, during his last year in the White House. He was, moreover, the only President of the United States to settle in Washington at the end of his term (to Barack Obama, after the Donald Trump election). It is possible to visit the first two floors of the house, where the furniture acquired by the presidential couple is exposed, as well as numerous gifts received during official visits to foreign countries.
