An institution for all gourmets in Philadelphia (and surroundings). Unpretentious bistrot when he was founded in 1997 by Ellen Yin, Fork took on a gastronomic dimension with the arrival of Chief Eli Kulp in 2012. Modern and refined American cuisine is served today in a contemporary décor with wall paintings and hand painted chandeliers. On the menu, shrimp carpaccio, vegetable pintae, poached salmon or lamb tartare. The dishes are creative and the surprising flavors are wonderfully balanced.
