VERNICK FOOD & DRINK
Behind the furnaces, a former of Jean-Georges who made his arms in Qatar, Tokyo, Vancouver and Boston before opening his own restaurant in Philly in 2012. Greg Vernick's kitchen is anything but predictable, with flavors of flavours that surprise from entry to dessert. The dishes are modern and we enjoy local and international influences: between Rôti Roast Chicken and Maryland crab, you uncovers a Spanish mackerel ceviche and an octopus in the nice. Vegetarian options are missing. The addition is at the height of the feast, but the quality/price ratio remains excellent!
