AMADA
The minimalist garden gives this tapas bar a very chic aspect, which contrasts with the very concept of tapas. The vast room is set in several separate spaces: The bar, where whole hams are attached, a counter, where you eat in height, facing the cooks, and a room where small tables are aligned. Large white curtains give to the whole a spectacular and intimate appearance. The menu is of course a tribute to the Spanish gastronomy and offers many specialities, such as octopus à or sheep's cheese. Chef José Exclusively, a great competitor of Starr, meticulously revisits the classics of Iberian cuisine, but also American with Exemple cheese steak to fall… A high-end restaurant, where the staff is in small care.
