Stephen Starr is also on the orders of this discreet restaurant in a busy street. Here, meat and seafood are the honour. On the menu, oysters and other ultra-fresh shellfish, grilled steaks including a succulent (but expensive) filet, "chops" beef or pork ribs. Homage to the Hollywood of the crazy years, the decoration plunges you into a sophisticated atmosphere and old school, where the only acceptable drink is Manhattan. Subtle and surprising, as his name indicates (the butcher and the singer). We love.

De passage à Philadelphie, nous avons pris notre déjeuner au Butcher and Singer. Leur accueil nous a beaucoup plu. Vraiment convivial!
