BIBOU BYOB
We don't come to Bibou's house by chance, but rather to let ourselves be told a story. Not made of words but of flavours, textures and smells. And then it's often an adventure, we don't know in advance what the chef will have concocted for us, but we know that we'll enjoy it. We bring back our wine (BYOB) and then let ourselves be whispered about sweet dishes to our taste buds. The introduction, the unfolding, then, 7 courses later, a sweet ending for a most delicious fall. As you will have understood, we come to Bibou for the originality but also to rediscover the identity of an outstanding chef, that of Pierre Calmels, a French expatriate chef who knew from the outset how to seduce the locals. Pierre masters the art of transforming the simplest ingredients into surprising explosions of flavours. However, whether on the plate or in the decoration, no unnecessary frills, everything is in delicacy and balance. Every culinary and aesthetic detail is studied to bring out the chef's passion on the plate. All this is served by a smiling and professional staff. To try the adventure, you will still have to pay the price and book preferably in advance
