THE PALM

Before being a chain renowned for its meat and lobsters, The Palm was originally a New York institution opened in the 1920 s by an Italian family. As in every restaurant, the walls are covered with cartoons of more than 200 local notables and each year, those of those who are accustomed and celebrities are added. The result is a fun and chic atmosphere (white tablecloths, impeccable service, woodwork…). The specialties of the house are mainly steaks (perfect cooking) that you can order with their famous Half and Half Side, a plate half French fries half fried onions. The price is equal to the reputation but the good plan is to come to the bar at the time of Bonus time, sort of happy hour where you can taste different "bites" with a drink. In the programme: crabcakes, mini burgers in Kobe beef (not so mini that it), shrimp or even small lobster sandwiches.
