Built in 1898, the Alexander Inn is a human-sized hotel in the heart of the city. Renovated a few years ago, it offers 48 rooms with basic but modern decor (all with bathroom, comfortable wood and sometimes large windows). The staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent address.
