One of the favourite addresses of the people of Lancaster, who love his relaxed chic atmosphere! He comes to enjoy a drink in the bar after their day of work or to enjoy the modern and refined cuisine of Chief Jason Black, who favours the ingredients from the farms around. Black excels in the realization of French classics such as the nachos onion soup or Burgundy beef, but not only: there is also a menu of the Beijing duck taco or a reinterpretation of crab cake and pig pozole. The restaurant, which has been in existence for more than ten years, has moved to Champion Forge, a former machinery mill converted into historic building.
