This is the brand new Fairmont restaurant, replacing the renowned Habitat, which, after seven years of good and loyal service, seems to have made its time. Fl .2, or Floor 2, is like the hotel which houses it: refined, tasteful and rather dedicated to a business clientele. The kitchen served here is American and has a modern touch. We treat ourselves as well with sandwiches, perfect for a quick lunch, as well as dishes, which are more complex and deserve to be accompanied by a glass of wine or a cocktail.
