Every Saturday, the family team of Wigle is visiting its distillery, the city's first distillery since Prohibition. It all starts with a cocktail to be enjoyed by the visit that plunges you into the story of whiskey in Pittsburgh and Phillip Wigle who started the Whiskey Rebellion between the distillers of Western Pennsylvania and George Washington and his tax collectors.
