SALTIE GIRL
The city's trendiest fish restaurant revisits local classics in a beautiful Back Bay building.
The food, the setting, the ambiance... It's all perfect. Saltie Girl revisits the region's classics: lobster is served on a waffle; raw fish is accompanied by yuzu, mango or jalapeño; and the clam chowder, with bacon, is incomparably fine. We also like sardines served in their tin and accompanied by homemade bread and sea salt butter. The décor, in pastel green tones, revolves around a long bar, above which stands a mermaid, and a few booths that are quickly taken by storm.
