This value-for-money guesthouse is ideally located in the heart of Back Bay, a stone's throw from the Berkeley College of Music. Sure, the whole place is a bit outdated, but the 31 rooms have the basics, you sleep well and there's nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. Some have a private bathroom, others have to share it with several other rooms. The reception is very pleasant. In the entrance hall, there is a small living room with a fireplace, where you can have a coffee or read a book. An oasis of calm in the middle of the city.
