CUSTOM HOUSE
A must-see house on the Boston skyline that can be recognized by its large 6.7 m clock.
Built in the mid-19th century, the Custom House Tower has been an iconic feature of the Boston skyline since 1915, and can be recognized by the large 6.7 m-diameter clock at its top. It was the city's tallest tower until 1964, when the Prudential Tower was built. The historic building has since been converted into a Marriott hotel. On the 26th floor, an observatory accessible to hotel guests and, on request, visitors, offers panoramic views of Boston.
