Located a stone's throw from the Russian market, the Indy House serves (almost) only steaks! Opened by a Thai expatriate in Phnom Penh, this restaurant offers only a one-page menu: three meats (chicken, pork and beef), and a choice of Western, Thai or more original seasoning, both at the same time. The service is fast and efficient, and the owner speaks quite good English. Very busy at lunchtime, it is the perfect place to have a bite to eat after a visit to the Russian market. But of course the dinner option is also available.
