This four-story building has small but decent rooms that are very well maintained. They have a private bathroom, wifi and cable TV. The advantage of the place is really its location, in the heart of the city in a quiet street, a few steps from the Royal Palace. The restaurant's terrace is particularly pleasant to enjoy a Khmer specialty. The whole place is a bit tired and you will certainly find something newer in town, but the kindness of the staff really makes the difference.
