The rooms have an old villa located in a large tropical garden, close to the Prime Minister's residence (which explains the security service in the access street). The whole is large enough, yet the owners made the choice to use few rooms, which makes the place calm, spacious, pleasant and perfect for families. The rooms are air-conditioned and comfortable. The bar-restaurant is located on the edge of a lovely swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very private place where families with children are welcome.

Parfaitement situé, cet total est un havre de paix. Au calme, on s'y repose de la vie trépidante qui l'entoure. Le jardin est magnifique. L'accueil est agréable.

Excellent hotel, dans un superbe jardin avec piscine. Une fois passé la porte, le calme absolu. Chambre très bien et petite terrasse devant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très copieux. On peut également diner à prix identique aux restaurants alentour, et les portions sont très bien. Le personnel charmant avec de bon conseil.
In the centre of Phnom Penh it is pleasant to be founded in the large pool with a quiet private street. Clean simple rooms.
