One of the busiest bars on the waterfront. If, unlike its competitors, Oskar Bistro does not have a terrace overlooking the river, the clientele goes there mainly for its wild DJ sets, the quality of the cocktails and the cuisine of chef Julien Lavigne, who has worked in several French starred restaurants. But the whole thing is not stuffy at all, the atmosphere is festive and good-natured: no wonder this bar is favored by the local bourgeoisie and the expatriate community that spends its weekends there.
