Located on the terrace of the Amanjaya Pancam hotel, this bar offers a superb view on the Mekong river, but also on the roofs of Phnom Penh. Large choice of drinks and cocktails accompanied by tapas to nibble. Ideal to start the evening in a romantic way or simply with friends. On weekend evenings, the Moon is regularly sold out, so it's best to make a reservation to be sure of getting a seat.
