Cabinet médical avec un médecin Français. Le docteur Julie Thongsavane est médecin généraliste français diplômée de Necker et recoit pour des consultations médicales sur Phnom Penh dans un centre médical moderne par rapport à ceux que l'on trouve à Phnom Penh. Ses tarifs sont de 40 usd la consultation et elle vend sur place des médicaments importés de France. Elle est également médecin accompagnatrice pour les urgences sur place et les rapatriements du Cambodge vers l'extérieur.
