Built in the late 1940s in the heart of the city, facing the Royal Hotel and overlooking the mango trees of beautiful Joffre Avenue, near Wat Phnom, this was the great high school of Cambodian society. The buildings of the small and large high school are currently occupied by the French school of Phnom Penh. Today, the high school welcomes students from kindergarten to senior high school. The school has two libraries, a gymnasium, three sports fields (basketball, handball, soccer) and a swimming pool.
