The best economic museum in town.

Very interesting modern museum with good audiovisual stories about 2000 years of history from both a monetary and political point of view. Very clear explanation of the recent history gave at least me a deeper understanding of politics in Cambodia.

The history of money revolutions thousands of years ago reflects the social and political relations between Cambodia and the world.

Absolutely amazing museum should be on trail of museums to see when visiting Phnom Penh. Great very well done displays, interviews, storytelling, education and interactive games.

Kind of underwhelming. There are some nice exhibits, but mostly it's just text in walls. Not really worth the high price.

Fantastic, interactive and informative museum not just about Cambodia’s money and currencies over time but also about the ups and downs of history and the economy through it. Wasn’t expecting much before going and was very surprised and just how good it was! Highly recommend a visit

This is a world-class museum exploring Cambodia’s history through money, the economy, and politics. I spent a good couple of hours here, and could have spent longer - fantastic exhibition.

Overall a very modern and neat museum but too much emphasis is placed on economic policies and there is also a disconnect between ancient and modern history. One moment i was looking at ancient history next moment i’m looking at a whole display about Piaster.

A calming minimal museum in Phnom Penh about currencies.

Good afternoon spent here, the displays are well presented and the information provides an insight to the history of Cambodia through the ages
The interactive displays at the end were educational and fun rolled into one!
There is a small coffee shop around the side as you leave the museum, a nice place to sit in the shade of the trees
I recommend SOSORO
We paid $5 USD, no need for headphones as the displays were in English
No need to buy in advance, just turn up

Very nice place to learn more about Cambodia's history.

Description says that you will discover 2000 years of Cambodias history, but in fact it’s all about the money and economics. I find this as a bait, I couldn’t find this information anywhere before buying a ticket. Ancient exhibition is nice, but I was struggling to walk chronologically. History of money from 2000 seems accurate, but especially colonization part seems to be influenced by other market. So much underlining good influence of French colonization, without pointing negative aspects of it on Cambodian economy. I think it’s the worst museum I visited past few months.

An important museum about the historic development of Cambodia from a political and economic/monetary perspective.

At the end of the museum there are many interactive games and activities related to money and finance - my two kids wouldn’t leave…
