The Bassac farm was opened in 2011 by one of the former chefs of the French Embassy. Its activity was initially centred on organic pig farming and a delicatessen selling its production. Today, the Bassac farm is expanding with a French restaurant, with all the great brasserie classics on the menu. A catering department also offers several takeaway preparations, as well as pieces of excellent quality meat.
