Jaan Bai has the double advantage of being one of the best restaurants in town, and a social enterprise run by the Australian-based NGO Cambodian Chidren Trust. The goal of the association is to train and create jobs for the underprivileged youth of the region. The bet is successful: the restaurant's staff is not only perfect, but the dishes are a pleasure for the taste buds. The curries are subtle and the presentation of the dishes is worthy of the greatest tables. Air-conditioned room with a neat decoration and a pleasant terrace on the street.
