This small restaurant is located in the center of Battambang. All the dishes are very fresh and the fruit cocktails are excellent. The owners are, moreover, attentive and very welcoming. Excellent cooking classes are organized twice a day, from 9am to noon and from 3:30pm to 7pm: on the menu, four traditional Khmer recipes. We appreciate the verve of the owner always curious to know your story and to tell you his. A good time on the terrace in a small street not far from the guest-houses of the city.

Les cours sont très intéressants (et peu coûteux : 10$ par personne). Les leçons démarrent par une visite du marché central, achats de produits, puis préparation de différents plats typiques khmers. Le propriétaire s'exprime très bien en anglais et a un français correct. Mes amis et moi, nous avons tous énormément apprécié cette visite !
La leçon de cuisine est tellement appréciable que l'on déconseillerait presque de venir à Nary Kitchen pour y manger... si l'on n'a pas préparé soi-même le repas !
