This sewing center for underprivileged women is supervised by ACEF, a Japanese Christian NGO founded in 1990 that works mainly in Bangladesh. By visiting the Battamabang center, you will have the opportunity to learn traditional weaving techniques and do some shopping here, but also to support the economic development of local families and to keep alive a traditional craft that is slowly disappearing. No negotiation here, but the prices are reasonable.
