THE BALCONY

In a charming traditional wooden house overlooking the Sangker River, a nice bar where you can have a drink in the evening, play pool and even have a bite to eat (burgers, fish and chips...). Relaxed background music. Last I heard, the place was owned by a Swedish guy. The cocktails are known to be good! Not always easy to find, as it is a bit out of the way and at the end of a dark alley. Concerts and events are organized when the occasion arises. The clientele is mostly expatriates, with a few visitors passing through.
