Lily, Chris and Darwin welcome tourists who want to learn some good traditional Khmer recipes. It all starts with a visit to the market to buy the ingredients. Then in one hour, the apprentice cooks will learn a complete menu: starter, main course and dessert. A tasting session follows the course. This formula is designed for both beginners and experienced cooks. The school was established in Siem Reap before moving to Battambang.
