Cold shower and small TV with only a few channels for the ventilated rooms. Bathtub, hot water, refrigerator and large TV for the air-conditioned rooms. Good general maintenance even if the whole is a bit old, and correct reception. In short, a serious address. A restaurant is installed on the first floor, usually frequented by the establishment's clientele.
