STONE QUARRIES AND CHINESE AIRPORT

The site is very interesting and will delight photographers looking for "real" images. Women break stones over the day, but they stay beautiful and continue to smile. There is no problem with mines, so we can walk on Phnom Tabeng Hill, around the quarries. There are three major water tanks (with a great echo), which once served as a repository of petrol and weapons. The forest houses tigers and wild boar.
A little further, taking over the concrete road, we arrived at a colossal airport, built by the Chinese in 1977-1978, during the red Khmer period. It is currently disused and guarded by a few soldiers.
