Exiled in the late 70's, then back home in the early 2000's, Chef Kethana wanted to reproduce the traditional cuisine of her mother and grandmother and offer it to the general public. Her restaurant, the Sugar Palm, welcomes a clientele of visitors and regulars in a cozy atmosphere where wood and leather dominate the decor. Kethana also owns a restaurant in Phnom Penh, and can often be seen overseeing operations in the kitchen of one of her establishments. The result is a visual and gustatory delight.
