At the Malis restaurant the setting is refined, with white tablecloths and subdued lights. The decoration that could be qualified as Angkor revisited is rather successful. And especially one eats well there. The dishes are traditional and the choice on the menu is not very surprising. But when you see the plates arriving, you understand why Malis has this excellent reputation. Everything is very nicely presented and delights the eyes before the taste buds. We let ourselves be carried away by the flavors that plunge you into the heart of Cambodia.
