Specializing in creative local cuisine, this restaurant offers traditional dishes( fishamok, red ant stir fry, wild mushroom and sesame rice balls, lotus seed humus...) made with 95% locally sourced ingredients. Also a training restaurant that integrates marginalized youth and adults, Marum is managed by the students and their teachers, who train them in cooking and service and help them find a job at the end of their training. Nice setting and impeccable service.

Très bon et original
Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse dans un jardin. Les plats que nous avons choisi sont des traditionnels cambodgiens mais nous avons été surpris quand on nous les a apportés car présentation ainsi que la façon de les cuisiner est très originale et je ne parle pas des saveurs. Outre le fait de faire une bonne action car le restaurant est très engagé dans la formation et la protection des jeunes, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés.
