Adjacent to the Aviary hotel, the Fumizen is an excellent Japanese restaurant. On the menu mainly sushi and sashimi, but not only. A whole selection of Japanese dishes very well done. The raw fish are of an irreproachable freshness. You can find the whole sushi panel as (or almost) you can find them in the country, but also the unmissable westernized sushi, like the california roll, which we know doesn't exist in Japan, but which we can enjoy anyway, it's so good. A little twist to your Cambodian menu...
