The cuisine that is served is exclusively Thai! The menu is limited but of quality, and contains 35 dishes. The vegetables come from the ONG Gret, and mostly are from local products. You are advised to take the pomelo salad (peanuts, basil, sweet peppers, shrimps...), the soup Tom Kha Khai with chicken, coconut milk, lemongrass, basil, ginger and galangal, pork sautéed with basil, fried egg on above accompanied by white rice. The cocktails are excellent and again you are advised to take the black Thai (kahlua, homemade infused vodka with fresh vanilla of Cambodia). On the roof lies a "sky bar", where the real kir will be served to you (white grape Burgundy and its blackcurrant liqueur of France), champagne, or signature cocktails and on Friday until 11pm, live music accompanies your evening! Finally, if you find the place suits your taste, on the spot about ten rooms from US$50 design and simple! Breakfast is included.
