This three-storey building is located at the north-western corner of the central market and about 150 m from the Mekong. The hotel has had better days but still offers rooms of acceptable comfort. A large dining room attended by an Asian clientele occupies the ground floor. Large stairs and large corridors. Some rooms have a view of the central market. All have a bathroom and cable TV. Random maintenance: visit several. Sometimes problematic understanding with staff.
