After a while in Cambodia, amok and lok lak can get a bit boring. And in Ban Lung, there's not much choice. Fortunately, the Everest restaurant serves delicious, spicy Indian cuisine. Enough to wake up your taste buds! Everything is home-cooked: ordering can take a while, as the cook doesn't prepare anything in advance, only to order. On the menu: butter chicken, vegetarian curries and a wide choice of bread cakes. Popular with backpackers and locals alike.
