This perfectly circular volcanic lake is located on the eastern outskirts of the city. It's a nice place for a picnic, or even for a swim from the few pontoons spread around the lake. To get there, a path in the forest goes south from the main road. There is a possibility to observe many birds. The place is venerated by several tribes of the surroundings, who think the lake is inhabited by protective spirits. These tribes do not interfere with the recreational activities of the locals and passing travelers, so you can join the locals.
