This favorite vacation spot of Cambodians - which can be translated as "boiling water" - is known throughout the country. It is a succession of gentle rapids that gurgle a few kilometers from Kampot. You can get there by going up the left bank to the north for about fifteen kilometers. The walk is pleasant. The place is very busy on weekends. Picnic at the edge of water on mats or beds in bamboo of hiring. On the spot, small food vendors offer local specialties.
