CHANKIRI RESTAURANT

Probably one of the best restaurants in Cambodia. Lost in the middle of the magnificent tropical garden of Samanea Resort, this establishment is managed by a French team and by the chef Pola Un, who has concocted a menu mixing Khmer traditions and fusion cuisine. In the cellar, a wide selection of French and international wines. Everything is prepared with fresh and local products. The bill is obviously a bit high, but for good reason. At the time of writing the restaurant has not yet reopened following the Covid pandemic.
