Captain Chims is a nice little Cambodian canteen, right in the city center, next to the ferry terminal. A lovely Khmer family takes care of the kitchen with great talent, and the son will not fail to practice his excellent English while coming to chat with you. They prepare good Khmer curries and the timeless fried rices and fried noodles. For those who would like to vary the flavors, some European-style snacks are also on the menu. Notable feature: vegetarian options are also on the menu.
