As its name suggests, the XIII is an Iberian restaurant, opened by Jesus, a Spanish expatriate in Kep. Located in a small house in the rue du poivre, the house's speciality is obviously paella. For those who would like lighter dishes, chicken salad is also a great success. The only thing to regret is the lack of tapas on the menu. A good address, with original flavours for Cambodia
