How about a gourmet stopover overlooking Matanzas Bay? An ideal stopover on the road between Havana and Varadero, Chef Bahía - after a year and a half of closure (pandemic) - is still getting good press. With its excellent typical Cuban dishes (such as ropa vieja or vaca frita), in 2024, it is only confirming its commitment. Snacks or more elaborate dishes, cocktails with or without alcohol, beautiful views, pleasant service... We love it!
