A Sardinian-Cuban couple are responsible for this little gem of an Italian restaurant (no surprise, it's all in the title!). The pizzas are wood-fired and very well-priced, while the pastas - made by the boss himself! - are uncommonly fresh in Cuba. The fish and lobster dishes will please the wealthiest eaters (but they won't break the bank), to be enjoyed in the enchanting setting of the colonial patio of a hostal where a romantic fountain gurgling.
