Ideally located (near Plaza San Juan de Dios), this modern house has 5 rooms: three old but well maintained and two brand new ones on the first floor, ultra modern, with in addition, a very good water pressure for the shower and a small terrace equipped with a nice private bar. The house has the particularity of housing one of the descendants of the French statesman Sadi Carnot! Mayelin, the owners' daughter, speaks perfect French. Possibility to have your laundry done. An excellent address that we warmly recommend!
