In the plates, traditional, nothing but traditional. Also you will not find fries but spaetzles. The veal chop with herbs is served with red cabbage and seasonal mushrooms, unless you choose the suckling pig plate or the fleischschnakas flavours. For dessert, the chocolate cake and its white chocolate ice cream compete for your attention, on the suggestion board, with seasonal fruit desserts such as, in autumn, honey roasted figs with gingerbread ice cream, delicious hot and cold to close the meal.
