The VitisBar welcomes you to a 15th century wine cellar heated in winter by a beautiful ceramic stove. As for the wine bar, you can choose from among the hundred or so oenological references selected by the master of the premises, all accompanied by gourmet treats. On the catering side, the VitisBar unveils a tasty menu that is renewed every month. A quick glimpse to whet your appetite: scallop carpaccio with yuzu and salicornia, yellow chicken supreme with mushrooms, pork foot with truffle and piglet square with spices, citrus gratin and sabayon with Alsace crémant. Enjoy the sweetness of time that slowly fades away by opting for the tasting menu in harmony with food and wine: a culinary odyssey guaranteed without any storm warning on the horizon!

Menu découverte très sympa et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel agréable, un bon moment. L'espacement entre les différents plats est trop long, mais cela reste une jolie découverte. Les vins sont excellents. Je recommande.

Nous voulions voir le marché de Noël de Ribeauvillé mais impossible de se garer.
Nous avons donc visiter Celui de bergheim. Et sommes allés déjeuner au vitisbar. Nous y étions déjà il y a trois ans.
Dommage que les gens ne pensent pas à s'y arrêter.
C'est un excellent restaurant. Accueil sympathique et ils proposent même le menu du jour les jours de marché de Noël.
Honnêtement les Plats valent leur prix.
Il vaut mieux sortir moins souvent mais manger du beau et du bon

Endroit chaleureux et décoration de bon goût, accueil simple mais pro. La cuisine parfaite, pas d'erreur dans la cuissons de la cannette, son jus poivré bien dosé , les légumes juste croquants comme on les aiment, le cake royal revisité, que du bonheur..... A découvrir, j'espère qu'ils feront aussi bien
