Alsatian restaurant with a nice terrace, which offers tasty local dishes that evolve with the seasons and good wine.

Pass under the charming High Gate of Bergheim, continue towards the old communal watering place (dating from the 16th century) : you will arrive in front of this blue half-timbered house. Welcome to the Auberge des Lavandières ! Nathalie and Frédéric Ancelot welcome you in a local color room with an Alsatian decor. In the kitchen, Frédéric concocts dishes full of flavors that change with the seasons: homemade duck foie gras terrine, venison stew and spätzlés, flambéed tarts, sauerkraut. To be tasted on the pretty terrace in the shade in front of the inn.

Nous avions une place magnifique, accompagnée d'une tarte flambée et de vin du village,
Sorbet au citron avec de l'eau de vie / du marc de raisin et pour finir un petit café.
Le personnel était aimable et prévenant.
Un grand merci pour la qualité de l'accueil.

Hautement recommandé. Il faut absolument réserver pour le soir (comme dans tous les restaurants de l'endroit). La patronne parle très bien allemand. Petite carte raffinée avec des prix raisonnables et bien sûr d'excellents vins.
