For connoisseurs with a taste for the adventurous! T'Heim coffees will take you and your palate on a journey. This Alsatian family-run business is restoring the ancient craft of coffee roasting to its former glory. From Rwanda to Ethiopia, Honduras to Mexico, Laos to India, the origins and blends are eclectic enough to satisfy all tastes. A visit to the laboratory is possible throughout the week, provided you contact the roaster beforehand. The icing on the cake is that roasting is carried out on site in the traditional way.

Une offre excellente et pour tous les goûts de cafés torréfiés maison et moulus à la demande. Avec Reck, le meilleur à Strasbourg.

Je bois un cafe ou deux en compagnie de mes amis chaque samedi au marche Saint Joseph a Colmar. Il y a toujours un choix entre deux sortes, pour l instant c est soit du Bresil ou d Ouganda, l un est un peu plus fruite que l autre. La patronne et le fils sont de bon conseil, car c est eux meme qui font la torréfaction, donc, ils savent de quoi ils parlent. Par cintre pour l achat du cafe en grain ou moulu le choix est beaucoup plus important. Donc pour mon conseil, essayer de gouter a leurs produits.
