Stash Golas, the pleasant Guyanese owner of this restaurant, which is much appreciated by tourists and expatriates alike, is a true globetrotter. He skilfully blends flavors from all over the world, with a predilection for Indian dishes (in a much less spicy way) and a little Caribbean touch. Hence the play on words in the name of the restaurant, to indicate that he concocts a cuisine in his image: fusion! The large plates are original, varied and colorful, and the setting is conducive to relaxation. An address not to be missed to awaken your taste buds.
